October Update

We have had a busy couple of months with a number of top commercial properties selling and leasing around Sydney.

In North Ryde we sold the Battery World building on the corner of Church Street and Victoria Road for $1.123 million well above the reserve with 5 interested parties all vying to secure the high demand property.

At Briens Road, Northmead we sold a quality industrial Warehouse/Office for $2.25 million, the property has a floor area of 1,213sqm and is only minutes to the M4, James Ruse Drive and Windsor Road. There was strong interest in the property and the result was above expectations.

Up and coming suburb Rydalmere is proving to be a favourite among commercial businesses looking for high tech warehouse and office space with good access to the main transport hubs. Electro Group secured a lease at 10-16 South Street providing them with a high clearance Warehouse/Office space in a Premium Business Park.

Telstra Business Centre has leased a 339sqm office space at 277 Lane Cove Road, Macquarie Park which provides flexible multi-purpose Warehouse/Office/Showroom space. There is direct access to the new Macquarie Park Train Station, the M2 and Lane Cove Tunnel with good exposure to Lane Cove Road.
