Our most rewarding transactions are often those involved in assisting clients make their second and third moves to larger premises as a result of their success and prudent planning.
A snapshot of some of our recent achievements include:

  • 6-10 Talavera Road, North Ryde. 1051sqm of office space leased to Sonartech Atlas for a term of 7 Years on behalf of our client Goodman International.
  • 35 Waterloo Road, North Ryde. Now Fully Leased after a successful marketing campaign undertaken by Balmoral Partners on behalf of Goodman International.
  • Many Suites at 33 Waterloo Road, North Ryde "A" grade office building is spread over two levels with basement and open parking. Suite sizes vary from 84-279sqm.This appointment has been very successful given the amount of suites leased over our two year appointment. We continue to assist this client today.
  • Quad 3 / 102 Bennelong Rd, Sydney Olympic Park ATF leased 450sqm. Our client was extremely happy given the result was achieved a week after our appointment... well exceeding their expectations.
  • 3 Rider Blvd, Rhodes 997sqm of A Grade Office Space leased to Allphones on behalf of Mirvac.


  • 4 Columbia Court, Norwest Business Park Balmoral Partners has just sold 606sqm quality office space in the Nexus Development to an owner/occupier.
  • 9 Myrtle Street, North Sydney Two Office Suites just sold to owner/occupiers.
  • 6 Jubilee Ave, Warriewood: Sold for FKP as child care centre ($2.2M) prior to completion.
  • 73-75 Bassett St, Mona Vale ($6.75M) & 21-23 Sirius Rd, Lane Cove ($3.4M): Both sold "off-market" for UK based public company.

Project Marketing:

  • Centenary Square, Brisbane: Assisted Trafalgar Corporate with pre-lease strategies and co-ordination for a new 10,000 sqm office building on Brisbane's city fringe.
  • Slough Busines Park, Silverwater: Leased 10,139 sqm for Colonial First State in 8 separate leases in 10 months.


  • Australian Veterinary Association: Assisted with sale & purchase strategy in Artarmon.
  • Spotless Ltd: Several mandates including lease term and rent review negotiations (one negotiation saved over $500K)
