Many established owners have strong relationships with the agency community. We recognize this and work effectively with agents on this basis. In this scenario, our role is focused on freeing up the agents to do what they do best…using their contacts and market intelligence to generate leads for the project. Our role is to support their efforts, free up their time from some of the marketing, meeting and greeting tenants introduced by agents and assisting with lease proposals and presentations.

Our remuneration structure provides the incentive for us to spend time working with the agents, tenant advocates and other consultants to maximize coverage for your property within the market. We do not play favourites and assist all parties in view of achieving the best result for the client.

WE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MARKETING BUDGET ON PROMOTING OUR COMPANY

Should the client choose, we are happy to operate under the “banner” of the client’s name. The choice is yours, the important thing is that the agenda is to do the best for the property’s promotion.

WHAT INVESTMENT IS REQUIRED TO APPOINT BALMORAL PARTNERS?
The short answer is it depends on the resources we agree are required to make the best impact. Some projects will require more resources than others…our service is completely flexible.
We often find that some project marketing roles may require more resources at the start of the program and once the momentum has been established the resources required are not as intensive. Most of our appointments are for a period of 6-12 months, and vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
